Dabco XD-103 is a tertiary amine catalyst that can be used in polyester and polyether microporous systems to produce high quality, low density shoe soles; Dabco XD-103 improves surface quality and vesicle structure, increases the solubility of glycol polyester systems, fast curing and shortens demolding time, and improves pre-flow;<\/h4>\n

The recommended dosage of Dabco XD-103 for shoe sole systems is 0.5-2PPHP (per hundred parts of polyol).<\/h4>\n
